Orders & Pricing

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock or production constraints); any payment captured will be refunded.

Custom Artwork & Approval

• Custom signs are produced after artwork approval and payment. Please review proofs carefully; production begins once approved.

Payments

• We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our providers; we do not store full card details.

Production & Shipping

• Production times and delivery estimates are outlined in Shipping & Delivery. Tracking is provided on dispatch. Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon shipment.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. For damaged/defective/incorrect items, follow our Returns & Refunds policy.

Warranty

• Products are covered by our 2-year limited warranty; see Warranty Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and applicable federal law. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
