Processing Times

• All Neon Vibes signs are custom-made. Production takes 3–7 business days after payment and artwork approval.
• During peak periods (holidays/sales), production may take up to 10 business days.

Delivery Times & Carriers

• USA (contiguous): Standard 5 business days
• International: Usually 5–10 business days (country-dependent).
• Orders ship with tracked services (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS). Tracking is emailed on dispatch.

Shipping Cost

• Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size and service selected.
• Promotional free shipping, if available, will appear in the cart/checkout.

Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
• You can also check status via Track Order using your order number and email.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• Contact us before dispatch to update your address. After dispatch, carrier rerouting/return fees may apply.
• If delivery fails due to an incomplete/incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

• Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees may be charged by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
